Solmeo Property was founded by someone who has built and run multiple businesses and services with an excellent reputation for quality and care — and that same standard is exactly what we set out to deliver for our clients, guests and landlords.

We noticed a lot of properties were being poorly managed, and guests weren't receiving the level of service they deserved either. Our aim was simple: take the highly rated, customer-first approach we'd built across previous businesses and apply it to the property management model — properly, transparently, and consistently.
